After a week of being sick with a cold, I was able to sneak out of the house with two of our children to get in a run. Albeit, it was not the ‘long run’ I needed or had scheduled, but nonetheless it was a run. South Florida weather today is HOT…there is no other words that can describe it. I got a new pair of shoes in the mail on Thursday. They felt great…there is no better feeling than the feeling of retiring a pair of running shoes.
