I have a passion and an innate desire to be creative with my surroundings.  I look at things differently than others.  What I have found by reading posts such as this that although I might be have a job which pushes me to be creative, leadership is an important factor.  There are lots of books on creativity and even leadership.  There are some that address creative leadership…but how exactly does a creative person who leans on utilizing digital tools, music, and video lead a team?  I mean one creative person is great, but a team would be much more effective.  This is the application in my post.  I have to remain creative while at the same time learn to lead a team of creative folks so that we can utilize our collective strengths to Reach the Lost in our local community.  So this is my plan, become more creative and learn to lead other creative people more effectively.
